You’ve got to savour these times on your own (Q&A with Sophia Money-Coutts)

Earlier this week, my newsletter focused on egg freezing as I had interviewed journalist and author Sophia Money-Coutts but that wasn’t the only thing we talked about. I meant to get this Q&A out to you sooner but was hampered by a variety of technical and logistical challenges. Hopefully you’ll agree, it’s better late than never.

Sophia and I had a great chat. I really liked her perspective on being single in your mid-thirties, which is apparently a topic I can’t stop talking about as I have had three separate conversations this week with awesome women about the contrasting feelings we have about being on our own at this age. We all agreed it’s both great and very challenging at the same time.
