As promised, here’s the rest of the Q&A from the interview I did with Tiffany Philippou!

To summarise very briefly Tiffany has written a memoir called Totally Fine (And Other Lies I've Told Myself) which explores Tiffany’s experience of losing her boyfriend to suicide when she was 20-years-old and the decade of grief, shame and trauma that followed. It’s a really moving book but also relatable even if you haven’t experienced anything like this. As her friends point out to her in one chapter, everyone is carrying around pain even if they don’t talk about it.
